It’s impossible to always maintain constant contact with people… But what matters is that we have those events that we’ve been through that made us close and even when we don’t talk we still got that to back us up.
I started off the new year of 2012 getting back in touch with a friend whom I haven’t seen in 5-6 years, Kevin Yoo. Not until a couple of days ago, the only thing that I remembered about him is that he’s a dork. Quiet and shy he barely talked to me, but he was that sweet guy whenever I had the chance to see him. haha. Ever since he randomly sparked up a conversation via aim and ever since then we’ve been talking. Most of the times I am surprised to find out who he is; moreover, what he enjoys doing, what he likes to listen, what he does daily, etc. Through the talks we’ve been having I’m even more interested about him. All I’m waiting now is for summer to come so that I can visit the east coast.

(I was never able to get a decent picture of him….)

Hello 2012!!
I anticipate at what the future holds for me. No doubt will there be struggles and tears but I look forward to it. Moreover, the achievement that I get out of it is what makes me eager. I’m sure that there may be a grand change…maybe… maybe not. What I think about the most is the relationship that I have with my brother. Who knows? But if anything and things might change I am willing to accept the challenges. It will be difficult but, he is a growing man deciding for his own future. There is nothing I can do but to guide him into a wiser man and just watch him grow. And as for me, there is a lot for me to look back on. Let alone, I need to re-think the way I live my life. I’m twenty, moving onto twenty-one in a couple of months. That states the fact that I am no longer a kid but an adult. An adult who must think of certain circumstances and just…. about the decisions I make for the future. I hope and pray in the year of 2012 I will grow more maturely. Goodbye 2011, I had an interesting year.
